Conservatory lighting
Conservatories extend the home. They provide additional living space and serve as a greenhouse for plant-lovers. Where they act as a second lounge, living room luminaires are the correct choice. Where they are dominated by plants, corrosion-proof luminaires conforming to a high degree of protection are required because of the need to withstand high humidity.
The number and location of power points required in a conservatory should be defined when the conservatory is planned. Luminaires should be chosen later, when furnishings and plant arrangements are known, so that the lighting can be tailored accordingly.
